Terms of Service
Last updated: July 3, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Collective Edge ("Collective Edge", "we", or "us"), including the Collective Edge Agent (the "Agent"). By accessing or using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
The services
Collective Edge provides software for EMS and ambulance organizations, including an AI assistant that, at your direction and with your explicit authorization, can access connected accounts (such as email and file storage) to perform tasks on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure;
- connect only accounts you are authorized to connect, and use the services in compliance with applicable law and your organization's policies; and
- refrain from misusing the services, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the services, or using them to send unlawful or deceptive communications.
Connected accounts
Connecting a third-party account, such as a Google account, is optional and specific to each user. You may disconnect at any time, which removes our stored credentials for that account. Our handling of data from connected accounts is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The services, including all related software and content we provide, are and remain the property of Collective Edge or its licensors. You retain all rights to your data. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the software except to the extent permitted by law.
Privacy and security
We maintain a security program built to a healthcare standard, including HIPAA-aligned handling of protected health information and a SOC 2 program. Our collection, use, and protection of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Agent assists with your work and does not replace professional or clinical judgment; you remain responsible for the decisions you make.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collective Edge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Changes and termination
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, and you may stop using the services at any time.
